Core Automation AI ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

From prospective clients (outreach): publicly available business information (business name, public contact email/phone, public review data) found via Google Places and your business's own public website, used to send you a single personalized outreach message.

From clients: business information you provide to us directly (hours, services, pricing, policies) so we can configure your AI assistant, plus whatever contact information you give us to communicate with you (email address, phone number).

From anyone who contacts us: the content of messages you send us by email, SMS, or social media, and the contact information needed to reply to you.

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this website.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to: respond to your inquiries, set up and operate your AI assistant if you become a client, and improve our service. We do not sell your information to third parties.

3. Who We Share Information With

We use the following third-party services to operate our business, each of which processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices:

  • Zoho Mail — email hosting and sending
  • Twilio — SMS messaging
  • Supabase — database and backend hosting
  • Anthropic (Claude API) — AI processing of messages and inquiries
  • Google Places API — public business information lookup
  • Vercel / Cloudflare — website hosting and domain infrastructure

We do not share your information with any other third party except as required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our service to you, respond to your inquiry, or comply with legal or regulatory requirements (including telecommunications compliance recordkeeping).

5. Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by contacting us at the email below. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP," and opt out of email outreach by replying "stop" to any message from us.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
